huck it

Have you seen this guy?

If you're from NE, you've seen his picture, and that's about it. This guy gets a huge thumbs down from me, and not for his policies, which I don't entirely disagree with.
Chuck is what I consider the absolute lowest form of life. I believe a political office is something that should be disliked. It should be like jury duty, and everyone has to take a turn, and no one wants to keep doing it. Instead, we have career politcains, because the job is cushy, and the perk are good. So what's the only thing worse than a career politician? An aspiring career politician. The guy who hasn't been elected to anything yet, but it's clear it's his goal to be "in politics" for the rest of his "career".

Losers. I'm sure there are the token few who do it truely to serve their fellow citizens, but I feel quite confident that most are doing it for the power and clout.
Hagel is a prime example of this. Although born in NE, he's worked mostly in DC, trying to suck up. He ran for the senate there, and lost. So he "moved" back to NE to run again for a NE seat, which he duped all the plebians into voting for him.
= Desparetly seeking senate seat.

Currently he's saying all the right things, running with all the right people to gear up for a presidential run.
This guy hasn't been back to NE since he was elected.
Yet, I predict that this whole retarded state is going to get behind him in 100% for his upcoming presidential bid. NE sees so little press that they love anything. The football got their guts stomped out all year, but when Texas was in the hunt for national championship, everyone here wanted to see them win because "it's good for the big 12"
Stupid. Ok, it's a little money, but nothing worth getting excited about, unless you're in the hunt.
"Yea! We're 10th in the conference that produced the national champions! So we must be good too!"

Anyway, the moral of the story is: career politicians = evil. String 'em up.
