Well, the bird is most definately dying. It hasn't been 100% for a few months now, but nothing that seemed obviously wrong. Now there are several things wrong. Always in a state of "ruffled feathers", looking like it was irritated nearly all the time for several months, then one wing always held out like it's broken, for about a week, and now it can't even get off the floor of the cage.
It's a pretty sad state for panda the bird. So long my feathered friend, you were a good bird.
We also had another death in the family last nite. We had a brief power surge throughout the whole neighborhood where all lights and TV went out for almost a second. Just long enough to cause all PCs to reboot. Except the mythbox. It didn't reboot, and now I can't even get it to fire up. I was just getting ready to upgrade it anyway, but I didn't plan on replacing the motherboard. sigh.
