Holy crap!!
I've never seen anything like this show. Make a point to watch it the next time it's on TLC. Here's the main bit, the guy is a circus freak.
I used to think there was no future for Jimmy Kimmel, he didn't seem that funny. I thought his leaving Win Ben Stein's money was an overzealous move. But then the man show didn't fail, and he somehow leveraged that into his own talk show, which I figured would last about five minutes.
I'm usually very good a picking the long term winners and losers, but I have to admit I was way off with him.
I still don't really like the show, but it's clearly still popular.
I only mention it because he had a very good bit where he has George Takai come out with a statement against the homophob basketball player. It's pretty funny, but George has become a bit of a one note wonder now that he's come out of the closet.
I get it, George, you're gay. You can stop rubbing it in my face now. Just because you got a few laughs with your raunchy "I'm gay" jokes, doesn't mean that I want to hear them forever.
Get back on Heroes, and do some legitimate work.
