good news first
I got some good news last weekend. Well, not so much good news for me directly, but definitely for my dad. He has finished his chemo, six months worth. And he has gone through the post-chemo examination and has been declared cancer-free now!
This is obiviously great news for him, and very good news for the rest of us, who who were not ready for him to go.
He still has some amount of surgery to go, to reverse some earlier surgeries that were done to facilitate all the chemo.
But now at least he can come back here for christmas, and hang out with everyone for a while.
It's taken a load off of my mind, to be sure.
